Maidstone Invicta Women is a small but competitive squad that train throughout the year. We are currently going from strength to strength competing in head races and regattas, including the prestigious Henley Women’s Regatta.
We have a range of abilities from those that have been rowing since junior age to those that first stepped in a boat a few months ago on the club’s learn to row course.
We train to compete in boats of all sizes – most of our sessions are spent on the water, but we also have land based training in the gym building strength and fitness.
